ABOUT US         
Ngee Ann Polytechnic Students' Sports Council was formed in the Year 1994 with the objective to bond and introduce the CCAs Club,
and to promote as well as introduce all kinds of sports activities in NP.
The Students' Sports Council Committee is currently into its 18th year running for 2011/2012.
Students' Sports Council is zestful about fostering bonds that last a lifetime, introducing as well as promoting all sorts of sports activities that could very well excite the inner sportsman within. Our committee is bunch of enthusiastic, highly energized and caring special group of individuals. We also strongly believe in the meaning of playing hard and giving our best in all that we do, all in the name of fun. We organize several activities throughout the year such as Interactive Day, Polympics, and even Sports Camp for prospective freshmen. Students' Sports Council annually organizes Sports Camp, a major event that involves different clubs coming together, to expose the freshmen to as many CCAs as possible. In addition to that, it is also a great way for the freshmen to widen their circle of friends and familiarize themselves with the school environment before school starts. With a wide variety of activities offered, there's bound to be something for everyone! |
SPORTS CAMP 12/13 
Sports Camp is the only sports oriented camp in Ngee Ann Polytechnic! We provide you first hand experience with different sports such as Dragonboat, Archery, Fencing, Canoe Polo, MuayThai, Touch Rugby and many more. Besides offering you such endless array of sporting experiences and challenges, we get you ready for school as well. Opportunities for you to familiarize your way around school and making new awesome friends will provide you the best headstart for your poly life! •2nd GL trg hello everyone, im back here with some pictures for da 2nd GL trainings! Dated: 24th November 2006 Friday. On behalf of the commitee, i thank all the GLs for supporting Students' sports council and i sincerely hope u guys enjoyed the trainings! Feel free to grab the pictures if u see ur face, but please please please credit the pictures to NPSSC.BLOGSPOT.COM (: thankyou very much! As for now, let's hop into picture viewing! Game 1 for the day: DEAD ANT. Mede:" let me teach you how to shout for help like a dead croakrach!!"  Turn over a new leaf! the participate sure took quite a while to organise themselves!  We roll roll roll to the right.. and roll roll roll to the left!  Forfiet : IRON LADIES.  IRON LADIES in action, led by our dear Camp Commander- LJZ  FORFIET: MAN HUNT  Im STRONG! she exclaimed!  Mede trying to hype up the GL wannabes !  She's Shy type!  He happy type!  Helppp Hellpp!! she yelled.  Have u ever tried cheering out loud on a overhead bridge and getting the drivers to notice you? if you have not, we have =D and guess what the cars passing actually horn us! MISSION acomplished. that's Aung giving out the instrutions.  can u convey the msg to ur peers without using ur mouth? THEY CAN!!  HAGOO! •sports camp GL recruitment drive. Heya everyone below is some snapshot us during the sports camp GL recruitment drive :) held on 6th to 10th nov 2006 Our publicity officers hard work!( Joycelyn & Chinwei)  Busy with booth duty till they had to pack their lunch! people signing up at the booth, with mark as the Deejay for the day!!  another piece of artwork by our sportscamp publicity officers! that's abt it! do check for our first & second GL training snapshots!To all the GL who attened our trainings: Do leave feedback for us to improve on our training or programe held for you guys as this will enable us to provide programes that caters to the majority =D We welcome good and bad feedbacks!!
